• Registration: Registration/Admission forms for new admissions are available from the school office along with the prospectus at a cost of Rs. 400/- , Selection is made  on the basis of test and interview so as to determine the capabilities of the child to pursue the prescribed course of studies .
• Age: for the admission to LKG the child should complete the age of 3.5 years on 1st April of the year of admission.

Documents required at the time of Registration:

1. Birth Certificate.
2. Two Stamp Size coloured photographs.

Documents required at the time of Admission:

1. Birth Certificate.
2. Character Certificate.
3. Transfer Certificate issued by the competent authority.
4. Medical Fitness Certificate.
5. Two Stamp Size coloured photographs.
6. Migration certificate.

Fee should be deposited between 1st to 15th of every month failing which a fine of Rs. 20/- will be charged up  to 25th of the month. Fee counter will remain closed from 26th day to 30th/31st day of the month. In the next month the name of the defaulter will be struck off and re-admission may be taken after depositing Rs. 200/- as Re-admission Fee.
Fee of the month of March is to be deposited upto 21st Feb. positively. Failing which the student will debarred from the Annual Examination. Fee will be collected on quarterly basis.

• Last date for acceptance of school fee without late fine is 15th of the month.
• Late fee deposit fine of Rs. 20/- will be charged with the fee of month up to 25th of the month.
• Fee will not be accepted after the 25th of the Month.
• Arrears of the fee of the last month will be accepted up to 25st of the next month with a fine Rs. 20/- only.
• Name of the defaulter will be struck off the schools rolls in the case of non payment of the fee for two month as per rules given above with and further intimation to concerned.
• In such cases arrear of two month will be accepted with the re-admission fine of Rs. 200/- along with the fee of the current month up to the 21st of the month with the permission of the principal only on genuine grounds.
• Advance fee on Quarterly, Half Year and Annual basis is also accepted. Fee details is available on a separate sheet.
